membership trouble

I tried to get a yearly membership, but i got told that it didnt updated automatically, i sent an email though like the page said to, but i havent heard anything since. What should i do next?

Sorry to hear you are having problems with the yearly membership subscription. Try emailing SW again at info@sonicgames-uk.com and they will be able to help you.

After reading the tales from a number of you who have found the membership renewal did not complete quite as it should, I tried to renew mine today, and got the following message:

Subscription successfully created, but failed to auto configure. Please contact us so that we can manually update your account details on the Isis Adventure website. Please contact us at info@sonicgames-uk.com. Apologises for any inconvenience.

Sounds like they still have a problem, but at least it's generating a message rather than the blank screen that some people had earlier. Hopefully the email will sort it out swiftly.

I set mine up for yearly membership. It took the payment, set up an automatic annual payment scheme and then wiped the automatic payment scheme???

After an email to SW, it sorted it out and I'm off to give the solution to a nearby Pyramid (hope it's still gold) on Saturday!!

No, I just renewed recently, but the only problem that was when I completed the transaction I was still 'greyed' out of all the Adventure options. I immediately logged out and back in again and that seemed to reset everything back to normal. Didn't need to reenter any codes though.
