HELP Membership trouble

Hello,

I have paid my yearly membership fee yesterday night. I am sure of that because I have received the confirmation e-mails from paypal. However, I had a problem with the process since at the end I had a blanck page

Anyway, the money has been sent. However when I click in the membership link, my status is still "No suscription" . Can anyone help me with this?
