I first opened this ISIS on 12/04/2008. And asked for the key, i asked many times sence then. Still waiting.

theres a new office manager now, i suggest you send your request again, but this time direct it to caroline@sonicwarp.com rather than the usual address.

Doubt that really matters of mailing to caroline or info because everytime I've mailed info@ it had carolines sig. at the bottom of each letter

I just received my key, how awesome!!! Now I KNOW my working life is over, and if I worked for someone else, I would probably get fired.

I got mine within like a week and a half i suppose, but then again they knew I needed asap since I had the PW to Pyramid 32 but no key. So I'd take advice from Cornette and if you don't know a PW to a pyramid don't sweat the key, just let it come when it does. Though now I have 2 keys identical for some strange reason *shrugz*

I ordered my key a month ago and still nothing in the mail for me. :(

-Side note: does anyone know when they plan on updating the Free Searches?

Missilemike, are you sure your payment for your key was posted to paypal? I think you said somewhere that you paid and never heard anything, but I received an email confirming my payment.
