I'm still not decided over claiming a second Isis.. what is frustrating is when lurkers don't post and leech clues.
Best of luck on the hunt.

Not sure where exactly your going with that comment. can you elaborate?

Simply that there's many folks who look at the forums (unregistered) and don't add input into some of the searches and only take from what some people post.

As for the claiming of a second free... I agree with your view of waiting a few weeks to give another person a chance at it. But it'd be good if such persons posted that they were thinking about heading out on a hunt.
ref. valentine hunt - it's a fair hike, I'v got the location but do I go on the hunt? only one person has shown a confirmed interest of searching.

Oh ok, Thought maybe you were calling me a lurcher or something lol I was thinking now wait a minute, I havent seen any clues really given on the March search, I had to do alot of research like the rest of people who are attempting other Isis's around the world. But I cant really give clues yet for then I run the risk of someone snatching a coin from under me, But tommorow is my hunt Just hoping I can find that lil coin considering I know the exact location haha

In no way are you a lurcher on the forum... you've logged in and posted you might go a walk to a coin. Now we sit and wait for the "woo yay". Best of luck.

lol thanks. Though a coin might be a lil harder to spot than an Isis in a bag so I may need the luck

I just found out about this puzzle a week ago. I have read alot on these forums this week to learn about how the whole adventure works. I would be interested in finding the free isis BUT from what I have read it looks like the ones found the U.S.A. have been in NY and CA because that is where Puzz flew in/out of U.S.A. (I know more have been added since these but from what I am guessing, no where near Florida).

Z3r0San1ty, your profile says you are in Philadelphia so maybe the two free isis left are near you since you are going for them (but I have no idea). I really doubt there is one even close to Florida (which is where I am) so it would be cheaper for me to buy one then find a free one out of state. Hopefully Puzz will be putting more through out the U.S. so others can try for them.

Does Puzz have to hide all of them or can he have other employees/people hide them so he doesn't have to take a trip to the U.S.?

Have a look at the riddles. You never know, it might be right near you.
There's been a couple that I've assumed have been a couple of hundred miles away, and it turned out they weren't anywhere near that far away.

Hey everybody. Im a bit new to these forums, but I found the March 2 of 4 Isis coin, so dont bother looking for it. I left a little note also so that somebody dosent waste their time. As it turns out, it was hiddden just inside the entrance to Strawberry fields in Central Park. When you walk in, there are 2 Gazebo's. The one to the left was where the picture was taken. Right above where the pictue was taken was a small space between to adjoining pieces of wood. Hidden in that space was the coin.

I am really exited to get started on the puzzle itself.

cypher,

Can you explain how you figured out the riddle? There are so many things that could go with cream and to figure out it is in NY out of the whole U.S. from that riddle..... Well, like I said above, the few free Isis in the U.S. seem to be in NY and CA (and I think people are talking about the U-Boat one in Chicago).

The clue was
"They often go with cream, but not in this field,
the root of the problem is above your head."

When I read this, my first thought was that it had something to do with strawberrys. I know that other things also go with cream, but I think that the most common expression is "strawberrys and Cream"
Secondly, when it says, "but not in this field," this seems to be a strong indicator to put strawberries and field together. Now having been to Central Prak before, I knew that Strawberry Fields was a very popular area. A litle research confirmed this. Thus, seconds after I read the clue, I knew that Strawberry Fields was a possible hiding place.

Next, I spent alot of time searching through the ramble because I thought that the clue was only pointing to Central Park, not actually to Strawberry Fields. Later, after coming up empty handed in the Ramble, I thought that maybe the clue was not being complicated and was actually pointing to Strawberry Fields. (DUH!!) After going back to Strawberry Fields, I found the Gazebo in which the picture was taken. At this time though, IU still thoght that I was searching for a full blown Isis puzzle, not a small coin. So I skipped right over the coin's hiding place because I thoght that it was too small to contain the Isis. I spent hours in the rain climbing up and down the nearby rocks, at one point almost falling off of the overpass at the entrance to Strawberry Fields. Anyway, After I realized that I was looking for a small coin rather than a big puzzle, I found it rather quickly. It was wedged in between the beams of two adjacent poles of the Gazebo where the picture was taken.

Oh and I forgot to mention, the GAzebo was covered with some type of Ivy, though it did really look like roots. Also the "root of the Problem" (the Isis) was hidden above head hight, confirming the second part of the riddle.

Thank you cypher for the reply. Congradulations!

I hope they get some down here in Florida because all of the ones found have been out of state for me and the last two in the U.S. I believe would still be out of state for me.

Does anyone know if all the hiden Isis coins are hidden by Puzz or does he have other people also hide them for him?
