USA members with a UK Isis

Hi everyone, Loving this forum and ooving the puzzle. Only had it for a few days and I'm already addicted.

One question though - I bought my Isis directly from sonicwarp in the UK and had it shipped here. I registered my Isis on the sonicadventure.co.uk website as intructed. Once I open it (soon I hope) will the map I receive only contain UK pyramid locations? Are there pyramid locations in the US and if so do I need to buy another Isis to get to them?

Just hang tight to that one, eventually the US pyramids will get here. Just keep checking the forum and map.

The main difference between a UK isis and a TSI (US) isis is the colour and engraving, The TSI isis comes in 2 x colours only silver or violet. So if you require a different colour or specific engraving it can only be purchased directly from SW.

With regard to the pyramids for the USA, they are coming, hang tight....

if you have an Isis with the sharper image engraved on it, and you have registered on the TSI website, you also have access to the global website with the same logon details.

On the global website you will discover a map of pyramids, which very soon will include the USA

So I just need to clarify: if I live in the US, but purchase an Isis from the UK, will I still be able to participate in the real pyramid hunt in the US? Can that Isis be registered with TSI?

The thing is, I just ordered an Isis from my local TSI store, but was greatly disappointed when I was told they were on a huge backorder and I wouldn't receive my Isis until at least April (which is too far away).

So I was just considering canceling that order and buying one direct from SW in the UK. So how might that work?

Hi,

If you have a UK ISIS in the states, the ISIS will allow you to participate in the pyramid competitions, both the real and the virtual pyramids. However, you will not be able to register or participate in the TSI advanture/award zone.

I think this is because the TSI prizes are provided by TSI, so you can imagine they would not be happy giving you a prize if you did not buy your ISIS from them. The virtual and real pyramid prizes come straight from SW to they are available to all (although the virtual pyramids have been mainly set up for US participants until the real pyramids become more available in the State).
