Well after solving it somehow it got put back together without the 3rd ball bearing....

Did you make a picture of it while it was open, with your forum name visible in the picture?
If yes, then get yourself access to the 5% forum and read on there.
If no, you really should have made that picture.

Anybody opening their Isis should make that picture (and write down the internal Isis number) before even trying to put the Isis back together again!

I did in fact go on the website and put in my info. So I can print it out and send it in. Hopefully this will be enough to get in the club...
