Problems with TSI prize system...

I have solved my ISIS and I registered it on the ISIS adventure page. When I went to enter it on the Sharper Image website I had to register, so I did, but when I clicked "submit" it returned by saying that I had already used my E-mail with this website. I have NEVER used it on the Sharper Image site, so I clicked "back" then entered again using a different E-mail address. Then it returned with "you have already registered the Isis number with a different E-mail address."

Has anyone else had this problem, and if so, do you have a solution.
I contacted SW but they have only sent me an E-mail saying that they will respond within the next working day. It has been three weeks since the first E-mail I sent them, and one since the second.

I think you will have to contact SW again, or send a PM to anash27, If you purchased your ISIS in the states it is essential that you register on the TSI site first, then you can log into the global site using your TSI username and password..

This happened to me too when I first bought my isis. I found the UK website first and didn't know about the TSI website so I registered on the UK website first.. I emailed SW and they fixed it really quick
