Registration of the isis

Postby PUZZ » Wed Oct 03, 2007 9:33 pm

Hi Folks,

as the Isis adventure develops so does the complexity, so I would just like to explain how the registration process works, and how the pyramids and award zones work.

Isis bought in the UK should be registrered on the global website www.isisadventure.co.uk

Isis bought in the USA should be registered on www.isisadventure.com/tsi

If you register on the global website, you will not have access to the specific websites like TSI, but if you register on the specific websites you can then access the global website. Obviously only Isis with TSI or similar corporate engraved isis will be eligible for claims on those sites. For example an isis with The sharper image engraved on it it eligible for TSI awards in the US, an Isis with Sonicwarp.com on it is eligible for Sonicwarp awards, and pyramid awards like gold coins found in the UK or Europe, or the US when we eventually place some pyramids there.

hope this helps.

Thanks Puzz :)

Just out of curiosity, if someone in the UK bought a TSI ISIS and had it shipped to the UK, would they be able to take part in the TSI awards, or would they have to register it on the global site as they are not a USA citizen?

Thanks :)

I've just had a PM from Puzz about my question above ...

Puzz wrote:I cant see that happening, but if anyone won a tsi award they would have to go to their local tsi shop to get it.
of course they could get it posted - but expensive for them maybe.

Thanks Puzz

US Terms & Conditions

Noticed that the Ts & Cs on the TSI website point to the UK Ts & Cs which state:

"This contract is subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. "

Not that it would ever come to that, but maybe US Ts & Cs should be produced?
