I'd guess "Angels and Demons"... at least the subject matter fits
Puzzles... science vs. religion... antimatter...

I'm getting used to putting everything PUZZ says straight into Google! I've not got this book; the DaVinci Code didn't impress me too much in terms of his writing skill (story was ok) so I didn't bother with any of his other books...
Anyway, cue PUZZ to turn up and say we're on the wrong track

angels and demons want that good...in fact I agree they were all pretty badly wrote, the DaVinci code was only entertaining because of it attacking religion.

Angels and Demons is better than DaVinci by a mile. There was too much hype over the DaVinci piece of fiction with people reading into it too much. The calligraphy, and adventure in A&D was fantastic but makes you wonder what PUZZ has got up his sleeve.

Perhaps the Isis II is a small nuclear device that will go off if you don't solve it in a certain amount of time

Don't bother to read the other two, which were quite boring and predictive. For that matter, I've once read a book called 'the templar revelation' and here I found almost all 'riddles' found in the davinci code. Maybe plagiarism?
