Trouble starting subscription

After opening the ISIS, I have been trying for days to begin a subscription to the isis adventure. When I click on the purchase subscription for either monthly or yearly on the "my subscriptions" page, it switches to a blank page and only says "database error." I have written to SW and received an acknowledgement that they will get back to me, but haven't heard anything yet. Am I missing another location where I can start this subscription?

Congratulations on opening your ISIS too! Did it take you long?

I don't know who you emailed (if it was the office, I gather they are busy at the moment), but the best person to get in contact with about website issues is martin (martin@sonicwarp.com).
As far as I am aware there is no other way to setup the subscription, but I believe martin is usually fairly swift in sorting such issues :)
