just purchased membership but didnt receive free passwords?

Hey all,
I just received my first Isis puzzle and within a few hours of registering, I also received an email from key@sonicgames-uk.com saying that if I purchased a yearly membership I would get a bunch of different things including 10 free password credits. As of right now (a few hours later) still haven't received any password credits. Just want to make sure I wasn't left behind with this. Has anyone else experienced this at all?

the password credits will be useful for you only after you opened the Isis, registered it on the Isis Adventure site and started the pyramid hunt
