The Isis Adventure

I have opened my Isis, and selected a virtual pramid near me. I have been given a clue but it makes absolutely no sense! Is there somebody who could help me or somewhere special I can get help deciphering it? It's Pyramid #28, the clue is-

i thought this was the nut house
not a very good one though,they tell you they will have your meds ready by march but you dont get them until june

i think the patience are running the asylum around here!
