New to the Isis Adventure...Confused

I just got an Isis as a present and have been trying to sort out how all of this works. There are so many posts that I have been trying to sift through but thought it might be easier to just post my questions.

So my Isis was purchased from TSI, which is now gone. I have registered through isisadventure.com. As I understand it, everything goes through SW now. Is that correct? I am pretty confused as to how this works.

I have the 10 clues that came with the Isis that are all encoded. Is it necessary to buy the decoding ciphers from SW or is it something that you should be able to figure out on your own? I haven't sat down with the clues yet to see how easy it is or not.

Also, once I get my Isis open, I go to IA site and put in my code there. Then what? I'm sorry if this has been posted before but I haven't been able to find it. There seems to be all these different steps and riddles and such and I am throughly confused.

Also, if someone can tell me what the map of pyramids (virtual and real) in the US is and what all of that is about would be great. Is it something that I can partcipate in just from owning an Isis or do I have to purchase something else?

Your help is GREATLY appreciated! I can't wait to start working on this puzzle!!

First off welcome aboard the adventure.

If you can decode the clues without the paying for them then more power to you, some can decode without the help of buying them while others cannot, so it kinda is on your part wether or not you get to the point of frustration to buying some clues to help you.

Also, once I get my Isis open, I go to IA site and put in my code there. Then what? I'm sorry if this has been posted before but I haven't been able to find it. There seems to be all these different steps and riddles and such and I am throughly confused.
When the Isis is open you login to the main adventure site and on your account there is an area where you must put in the code that is inside the isis to start viewing the online map.

Also, if someone can tell me what the map of pyramids (virtual and real) in the US is and what all of that is about would be great. Is it something that I can partcipate in just from owning an Isis or do I have to purchase something else?
Currently I believe there are 4 pyramids in the US 3 are Virtual and 1 is Real (correct me if I am wrong on this for people who actually can see the map). Virtual pyramids mean they don't actually exist in the states but if you can figure out the location you can claim an imaginary gold and silver coins worth money value. Same as for the Real pyramid is somewhere in the state and the real pyramid coins have higher money value than the virtual ones (Least for gold coins anyway not sure about silver offhand)

Your help is GREATLY appreciated! I can't wait to start working on this puzzle!!

Hope this helped you a lil but I'm sure as you ask others will help out as well giving info and corrections.

Thank you for your quick response (and, yes, it helped :)!

I think the biggest thing I was confused about was what everyone was talking about with the maps and various pyramids and these random clues where I felt I was missing something. HAHA! I wasn't sure if there were any pyramids in the States because of TSI going under. So to get the map of the pyramids, I have to solve my Isis first or do I register for membership with SW?

I know the clues use a [Edit: not everyone knows this, so please don't give it away on the general forum, thank you :)] cipher (that was the easy part..haha) but wasn't sure if it was necessary to purchase the cipher or not. But, now that I know it's possible to do it on your own, I'll try this week, so much more fulfilling. :D I wanted to make sure that it is possible before I concentrated all my efforts on it.

This is such a good idea....I absolutely love riddles and this is the best medium for them!

Thank you much cornettracing80! I will most likely be taking you up on your offer of "gentle guidance" :)

All of this helps things a lot...I have been reading through the forums and there seems to be tons of info out there. It'll be exciting as I get through my Isis and start to understand what everyone is talking about, haha!

I HAVE A QUESTION (OBVIOUSLY)
I BOUGHT AN ISIS OFF OF EBAY AND I BOUGHT ONE FROM SW.
ON MY NEW ONE THE TWO INSCRIBED BALLS WITH LINES THROUGH THEM (NOT ON THE RINGS, BUT ON THE BALL ITSELF) WERE LINED UP.
ON THE GOLD ONE I GOT ON EBAY THEY WERE NOT LINED UP THEY WERE ON OPPOSITE SIDES. DOES THIS MEAN THAT THE USED ONE HAS BEEN OPENED?
ALSO WHEN I TRIED TO REGISTER IT THE FIRST TIME IT SAID NO FOUND THEN TH 2ND TIME IT SAID I HAD TO WAIT 2 HOURS TO TRY AGAIN. SO IM WAIING. ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. THANK YOU!

Hey JUUUICE,
the one with the little balls (called placentas on this forum) on opposite sides indicate that they reset the isis incorrectly menaning that yes it was opened. Unfortunately ebay is one of the best tools to a consumer right now but you should always be careful of scams. That is why there was an "error" message or and "invalid" message when you tried to register the ebay isis. how much did you spend on it if you don't mind me asking :?:
