Hi Samir and welcome to the adventure.
Firstly you are not alone with your frustrations. Its not the hardest puzzle for nothing.

Unfortunatley you wont find anybody on this forum who will give you step by step instructions on how to open your isis but you will get a lot of support. What we will all say is that all the information you need to open your isis is contained in the clues which you have to decypher. The clues are not too difficult to solve if you study them closely.

Once you have solved your clues then read them carefully and consider how they might help you to open your isis.

Dont get too frustrated, some members have had their isis over a year without solving it.

Good luck
Haggis

Hey,
Obviously the clues are encrypted. (It says that in the ad.) You should try googling different encryption methods. The method used isn't uncommon, so I'm sure a little searching will help you find what you need to do.

I found a program that will straight decode anything like this. It's amazing! But in order to find that program i had to do my homework and I googled everything that I could think of about cracking these. I dont even have the ISIS yet but I got the clues on the website since it's in the product manual. I actually learned something trying to figure the decoding out of these clues. That's the great part of this adventure. It forces you to think and think alot.
