Just thought USA buyers should be aware of problems I've had (having).

I ordered my first Isis and received it no problem. A few days after I ordered the 1st one, SI came out with a 20% off coupon, so I ordered a second Isis (different color). The first Isis arrived on time and as scheduled. The next day I received my second one (much to early) and found that while it had my shipping label, it was not my order. Had to call customer support and had it sent back. They said mine (the 2nd one I ordered) would be shipped as scheduled.

Shipping date came and went. No Isis. Called SI and they had to research it. They claimed that it was delivered to my location A DAY BEFORE I ORDERED IT. No that is a good trick. The UPS tracking shows "something" being delivered here, but since I live in an apartment compex, nobody can seem to find it. (All packages are delivered to the office).

I have a sinking feeling that Someone else's Isis was delevered here with my shipping label, and was picked up. Doubt I will ever see it. Now I have to go through a stop payment process as SI claims my order was shipped and delivered.

Another thing I found about TSI... when I went to one of my local TSI stores I was looking at the Isis puzzle they had on display (out in the open where people can play with them etc.. unlike one of the other stores that its in a casee...) one of the associates came over and asked if I had any questions, I said no and that I already had one and opened it..... he went on to tell me that they also opened one in the store to see how they work.. with a drill and a saw!!! This makes me a little upset as if that was the display Isis for the store that they tore into not they all know how they work and can just go and buy their own and know how to open it!!!
