US Award Zone

Postby InuShonen » Sun Oct 28, 2007 10:35 pm

Has anyone received a prize from the US Award Zone yet? I've won two prizes about a month ago already and still don't really know what's going on. I contacted SW with my information after winning the prizes and they told me that they will be making arrangments with The Sharper Image and that The Sharper Image will contact me and I think I will pick up the prize at the sharper image where I bought my Isis. But no one has contacted me yet so I'm just waiting.. Does anyone know how the Award Zone process works?

Prizes and free isis

Postby PUZZ » Mon Oct 29, 2007 10:01 am

Folks,

prizes are being handled by TSI, so a bit out of our control at the moment, but its early days - we will be monitoring the situation though.

All free isis are handled by SW, and we always send out with 7 days, please post on the forum when you receive them.

It was mentioned before on the forums and I think on the SI page, but you have to pick up your prizes from the local SI store. Karen posted earlier that she was interested in getting one of the SI puzzles, but picking up the prize would be a little difficult.

PUUUUZZ.. what's going on with my prize? I called The Sharper Image and told them I had won a prize and asked them what was going on and they didn't know what I was talking about and said they haven't been contacted about it.. It's been over a month since my first prize..

also will I be able to pick up both of my prizes at the same time?
also, do you guys know which chair I won? All it says was "Massage Chair" and didn't give me any details about which one.. it's under the name in prize 1

well I called the sharper image again today and they said there hasn't been any update since last time I called.. they forwarded my message again and said they would call me if there are any updates.. they said hopefully within 48 hours but I doubt it.. I mean I spent money on this so they get $200 for each one of these so they should at least make it higher on their priority list..

I hate to be so hard on you, but seriously - relax! TSI has barely got their staff educated on this product and it's been out... a month? There are natural pains for early adopters like us, one of which means we have to be patient until the kinks are worked out. Sadly, sailor moon, I don't think calling every day is gonna make the difference - you've raised the issue with the right people and they're workin on it. You're one of a small handful (I think we've only got 5 or 6?) of us yanks that have actually opened the Isis - give SW, TSI, and the moderators a chance to get this hashed out. I know you want the massage chair, but alienating potential Isis buyers through the forum is not likely to win you brownie points with anyone involved...

just my 2

yea.. don't really need your two cents here.. im just letting people know what's going on about the prize system.. it's TSI that doesnt have it together and they should have been prepared.. it doesn't even have that much to do with the staff.. and who says im calling everyday? I called like a week ago.. and all im doing is letting those who want to know about what's going on..

Subject: TSI prizes
I have just read your post regarding the fact that you have not received your prizes from the TSI adventure.

We are as frustrated as you about this. The prizes have to be authorised by a person quite high up in TSI. I have spoken to them on several occasions and they have promised me that they are trying to get round to organising all the outstanding prizes.

This is not the way we like to work but we are fighting the big coporate giant as well.

Our sincere apologies for the delay but hang on in there and we will continue to push them from our side of the Atlantic.

Regards

Ade

Side note: There are about 139 people in the US that have opened the ISIS, and its not like Sharper Image opened shop last month.
